Shaunetta Heiskell

Shaunetta Heiskell

Shaunetta Heiskell is a servant-leader who ensures teams understand the theory, practices, rules and values of Scrum and Kanban.

Heiskell has over 20 years of experience in business analysis, project management, systems support, and technical writing.

For the last eight years, Heiskell has been the Senior Scrum Master at CBRE, after previous stops at Ambit Energy, NTTA, Centex, and All State.

Heiskell is a graduate of Prairie View A&M with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Engineering, and she earned a MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce


Norman Robbins

Norman Robbins

Norman Robbins joined The Robbins Group at Williams Trew Real Estate in 2016 following a thirty-year career in community relations at Lockheed Martin. The Robbins group includes Pam Robbins and Ashley Robbins and specializes in residential real estate.

Norman was first elected to the Fort Worth ISD Board of Trustees in 2004 and served as President of the Board during the 2014/15 school year. He is committed to developing an excellent public education system in Fort Worth to benefit the community as a whole and as an attraction for business investment. At Lockheed Martin, he served as Senior Manager of Community Relations.

Norman’s work included many civic involvements. Among positions that he has held are memberships on boards and committees including TCU’s School of Education Board of Visitors, the Fort Worth ISD’s School and Community Partnerships Advisory Committee, Tarrant County Workforce Development Board, Big Brothers and Sisters and Communities in Schools.

He served as President of the last two organizations. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin, he was employed by the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce in a variety of capacities which included economic development and governmental/urban affairs types of activities.

Norman holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Business Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio. A native of Fort Worth, he is married with three grown children and two grandchildren, all of whom live in Fort Worth.


Amy Stewart

Amy Stewart

Amy is the woman you want on your team. She’s intuitive, strategic, and relentless. What sets Amy apart from other attorneys are the skills she garnered from her experiences in the athletic world.

Winning is in her blood – she played college basketball at Wake Forest and coached Division I basketball at her alma mater and Tulane University before shifting her focus to wins in the courtroom. Amy’s unique background helps her bring a dignified and measured aggressiveness and competitive nature to her legal practice.

Amy has expertise in resolving contract disputes, business torts, investigations, products liability, ERISA, employment, and labor matters. In addition to her civil trial experience representing companies on the Fortune 100 list to startups, Amy is a certified Title IX Investigator by the Association of Title IX Administrators and a certified Arbitrator with the AAA, presiding over commercial, construction, and employment matters. Amy is also certified as a FINRA arbitrator and was inducted into the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Panel of Distinguished Neutrals.
