Employees who are formally oriented into a company will experience less stress, develop stronger relationships with coworkers, are at less risk of quitting and learn the job quicker. During this session, administratrators will learn the importance of the orientation process for their center. The successful learner will understand the State Minimum Standards required information that is to be relayed to employees.
