This training provides the successful learner with new knowledge and techniques for providing special accommodations that include identifying developmental challenges, accepting differences in children, creating individual plans, parent communication, collaboration with the community (therapist, ISD school), and classroom management ideas for specific challenges (Autism, ADHD, learning differences, behavior related challenges). It will also provide an integrated experience with opportunities to practice learned skills.
