2024 Early Childhood Educators Conference

Educational First Steps is proud to host the 2024 Early Childhood Educators Conference at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center on Saturday, April 20th. This year’s theme, “Striving for Greatness,” reflects the heart of this conference and early childhood education in North Texas. When community leaders and early educators come together for growth and connection, great things happen.

We are excited to host over 400 teachers and small business owners at this premier event, offering dozens of break-out training sessions and featuring two keynote speakers. This year, we look forward to hearing from motivational keynote speakers, Tia Banks and Chazz Lewis. In addition to the fantastic professional development opportunities, we will be announcing the winners of this year’s Dave Munson Awards: Director of the Year, Teacher of the Year, and Home-Based Provider of the Year.
