EFS Welcomes

Rebecca Farrow

Rebecca Farrow joined Educational First Steps as the Senior Director of Organizational Effectiveness in January. In this role, she will oversee the organization’s infrastructure, including risk management, quality assurance, and process improvement across the agency.

Rebecca comes to us from Girls Inc. of Tarrant County, where she served as the Chief Operating Officer for 3 years. Prior to Girls Inc., Rebecca served as the Chief Executive Officer of CASA of Tarrant County, the 5th largest CASA program in Texas, where she advocated for abused and neglected children in the foster care system. Under her leadership, CASA of Tarrant County grew to serve a record number of children and gained national attention for its innovative programming.

Mrs. Farrow earned her Master’s Degree from Oregon State University and a B.A. in English from the University of Oklahoma. She lives in Fort Worth with her husband and their four loveable but disobedient dogs.
