The wonderment and discovery of new experiences as seen through the eyes of a child drew Linda Bardales to her position as Director of Outreach and Enrichment at Educational First Steps. Her passion motivates her to create high-quality enrichment programs, such as the five field trip programs and Literacy Day at the Dallas Zoo, that give children the opportunity view the world beyond their classrooms and neighborhoods. Linda joined Educational First Steps in 2006, first as a Training Coordinator and then as Education Director. As Director of Outreach and Enrichment, she has launched the Educational First Steps Annual Conference, giving teachers and directors from our assisted centers a venue to develop their skills as professionals.

Linda received her Bachelor of Science in Bible with a minor in early childhood education from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is also a Master Trainer on the Texas Trainer Registry.
