Director of Home-Based Quality Programs
The wonderment and discovery of new experiences as seen through the eyes of a child drew Linda Bardales to her position at Educational First Steps. Linda joined Educational First Steps in 2006, first as a Training Coordinator and then as Education Director. During that time, she launched the Educational First Steps Annual Conference, giving teachers and directors from our assisted centers a venue to develop their skills as professionals.
Presently, Linda is the Director of Home-Based Quality Programs. She has had the privilege of training caregivers who open their homes to care for young children. At this time, Linda is providing trainings to five Home-Based Associations.
Linda received her Bachelor of Science in Bible with a minor in early childhood education from Lancaster Bible College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is also a Master Trainer on the Texas Trainer Registry.
